Endemic Mushroom Production – Kyogle

Join Pierre and Rachael for a morning learning the fundamentals of endemic mushroom production in an outside environment using logs and wood chips to harness the potential that your landscape has to offer, yielding native edible and medicinal mushrooms in the process.

This workshop is beneficial for both small backyards and larger properties as you do not require much space to create abundant mushroom systems.

There will be a catered lunch provided of home grown and organic produce.

Children under 12 are free.
